Chris's Story
Life
After high school, I went to the U.S. Naval Academy and commissioned into the Navy in 1993. I served as a division officer on several ships, circumnavigated the globe, and saw the world.
I had the privilege of serving as an exchange officer to the Royal Australian Navy for two years (1998 and 1999) in Sydney, Australia. While serving there, I met my wife (Jo Miller).
I left the Navy in 1999 and have been working for a defense electronics company in the Silicon valley for the last 6 years. My hobbies include snowboarding, camping, cooking, and pretending to be a rodeo clown.

Military
6 years as a Surface Warfare Officer.
Division officer tours on USS SPRUANCE and USNS Tippecanoe.
Two years shore duty at HMAS Watson in Sydney, Australia (yes, it was awesome).
Punched out of the Navy at end of 1999.
