Chris's Story

Life After College I became a buyer for JC Penney in Colorado. I met my future husband in one of the stores. I've been married to the same man for 30 years and we have three daughters. ton where I have been managing a fabric store for a local company. All my kids have flown the coop - I have one living in Chicago doing PR for a hockey team, and two in college. Life has been a bit of a struggle lately with my husband suffering from PTSD. In Vietnam he was the one hanging out of the helicopter trying to rescue people or shooting others. Consequently I have become a huge advocate for veterans of the Vietnam war and families dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Funny where life takes you that you don't expect.
