Arlene Knuth:  

After school, I worked for 5 years across the street from FOHI in the hospital for the elderly. I married Paul Knuth from the class of "67" in March 1996. He was in the USAF. In April "69" he was send to Korea for 2 years. I stayed in Fontans and worked at the hospital and at Rexall Durg Store on the corner of Arrow and Serria until Paul got back from Korea. I went back to colleger at the age of 33. Ten years later, I had a BA in education. At the age of 45, I started teaching in Rialto, Ca. I teach 7th grade pre-algebra math. We bought our first home in "71" for $11,750 on Orchid off of Beech. Our payment was $97.00 with taxes and insurance. We riased a family, 2 girls and 1 boy. I was able to be a mom and a wife till the early "80's". We lived in our home for 27 years. It was a 2 bedroom and one bath in "71" and by "99" the home had 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a wash room, family room, dinning room, an upper and lower patio, a 3 cars garage with a wieght room for our son who palyed on the FOHI football team during his 11th...Expand for more
