Christina's Story
Life
After graduation, I went to UNC-Greensboro and studied modern dance (not MTV dance or strip tease, but more artsy thank you) and anthropology. I lived in Boone, Wilmington, Chapel Hill and NYC briefly, I mean BRIEFLY, before returning home in 1998. My 2 degrees really set me up for NO job opportunities (what was I thinking?!?!) so I did lots of different things. ol' amphitheater here, I got a job running programs for the disabled at Easter Seals NC and met my husband Matt. He graduated from Cary HS. We married in 2001, had a son in 2003 and another son in 2004, and now we are very tired. I also own/work now with my mother and sister in a home furnishings store in raleigh. I also still dance a bit, teaching once a year at Peace College and setting work for my own local dance company called "Urban Gypsies."
