Christine's Story

Life October 2014 Almost 2 years ago I earned my state CNA certification but decided to put it to work for me in a rather different way instead of doing home health care. I work as a Instructional Assistant in a ESE closed Autism pod full time as of Dec last year - its a physical and emotional challenge but I am enjoying it. Our son AJ is now in 3rd grade already. Amazing how time flies! June 2008 Loving life in Hudson, FL with my husband and son who is now 2. Hard to believe AJ was born 8 weeks premature back on May 1st, 2006. Update: Jan 13, 2006 My husband and I are now expecting a baby boy come June 25th, 2006 -- the doctor just verified yesterday it is a little boy... Looks like I will be missing any class reunions coming up...but for a VERY good reason! Okay...when I keyed in my info I wasn't thinking and just adjusting to a new last name... d in the afternoons.) I remember quite a few names from when I went to Ridgewood, Hudson, and then graduated from Gulf High. Amazing how after all this time I still recognize names from the listing. Since moving back to NPR after 14 years away I have run into a few people I remember from Ridgewood, Hudson, and Gulf...mainly at the local tax collector where I was working until May 05. Its amazing how most of have not changed and others really have. I am hoping to get back in touch with those I used to call friends way back when. Friends are not easily forgotten -- just misplaced over time. As of Oct 2004 I am now married and living in Hudson and hoping to start a family soon. Other than that...nothing much to tell. Workplace I have now gone from working since our senior year in high school to being a stay at home mom for awhile. This will be my most challenging job ever to say the least! I look forward to every moment of it though!!!
