Christine's Story
Life
I lost my Mother in Jan. of 78 which took a great toll on me. I miss her a lot and wish she was still here with me. I had my first child (A girl) a year after school and then got married to my high school sweetheart Charles Schwartz the next year. Then the next year had my second child (a boy). Was very busy those first three years. I was a stay at home Mom and enjoyed every bit of it. Three years later I had my third child (a girl) didn't wait but 16 months and OOPS another one (a girl ). Told my husband we're done! Life was very hectic and busy for me raising four kids but I wouldn't give it up for the world. I had odd jobs here and there but nothing that turned into a career. me to see if we could get another son well didn't happen I had another girl. We moved back to Colorado in 89 didn't like California. In Jan. 2000 my life took a dramatic change. My husband was t-boned by a truck carrying a bulldozer. He should have died, but he didn't. He suffered traumatic brain injury. He will probably never work again at least as a plumber. I went to school and became a nurse. Something I have dreamed about being since I was a little girl. I love being a nurse and caring for people. My husband and I have seperated. It is just me and my daughter now. I only have two more years left with her. We currently live in Calhan, Colorado. Have 35 acres of land, two horses, three dogs and a cat. I love being in the country, but miss the city (just a little).
