My Spouse
Noel was a groomsman and I was a bridesmaid at the wedding of our mutual friends: May 1, 1999.
Our Son
Alexander Burce Mabry (Xander for short) was born August 10, 2003. He definitely takes after the Penney side of the family with his blond hair and blue eyes. Xander is a very active 2-year old. He loves dogs - his first sentence was, "Look, Daddy, a doggie." He prefers pizza ("eetza") and ice cream ("ice keem") to eat, although he eats almost everything, ...Expand for more
and his favorite songs are "Ring Around the Rosy" and "Are You Sleeping?" to which he always sings the "ding-ding-dong" part.
Our Pets
Rowan is a Queensland healer/terrier mix, 5 years old, and Scout is an English Setter, 6 months old.
My Job
I am a Program Coordinator for a city recreation department. I left my management job when I had my son and returned to recreation. It's low stress, light hours, flexible, and allows me to be creative and work in a team environment.
