Christine's Story
Life
Where to start...
I am married for 9 years now, we have a 2 year old son and I am currently a stay-at-home-mom.
I attended RIT and have a degree in Educational Interpreting and worked at RIT for a little more than 9 years.
While the entire USA was watching the WTC collapse I was being diagnosed with cancer, but I am happy to say that I am cancer free and living life to the fullest.
I travel fairly regularly with my husband (and son now) to Europe to visit family there.
I volunteer at my church for a Moms of pre-schooler's group and also at a local Pregnancy Serivces Center where I councel women on their options.
School
Biggest crush, teacher who inspired, do it all again if you could, funniest, happiest, craziest moments in school... these are the questions from the top of the page.
Crushes, I am not telling this to just anyone... sorry!
Teachers who inspired me, Mr Avedisian (science dept head) and Judy uhh English teacher.
Would I do it all again, maybe if I could do some different but most likely no I would not. I didn't like it that much the first ti...Expand for more
me around.
Funny, Crazy, happy memories.
Working in the library, main office and guidance offices was fun (I know it doesn't sound like it)
Partying with Lucy, Tim, Michelle and others was fun and crazy and well sometimes none of those...
Model UN club trips to Syracuse were Crazy!! The second year was especially crazy when Michelle H was so drunk she recited her address, phone number and ss number repeatedly until I threatened to throw her out the window. We didn't do much mock UN anything that trip.
Junior Prom is a memory, yeah. BORING date, he couldn't dance or hold a conversation but I had fun with everyone else and it was my birthday too, that helped.
Senior Ball was great even if I was dressed rather like I was getting married (my date showed up in a white tux after telling me he was wearing a suit... not that I minded he looked good) than going to the Ball, but have you seen what they wear now (or is it what they don't wear)?
Being an exchange student for a summer to Germany was awesome and probably one of the best memories of my life.
Guess thats it for now.
