Christine's Story
I am a proud mom of 2 boys 21 & 14! Also I am a hard core Sabres fan!!!!!!!! I love camping out with my son's boyscout troop, and I can tie a mean slip knot! Out of highschool worked at Tops, Bells, and then the Holiday on GI for 13 friggin' years!! Decided to go back to college and earned a 2 year business degree. I also trained and became a certified EMT-D! I really loved it, but the pay was something not to be desired! I am still wondering what I should be when I grow up! I Did get reconnected with some friends (especially Wendy-she has been a great friend) at our class reunion in 2006 and that was a blast! I also met up with an old flame L.D. and we keep in touch whenever it is possible! The last couple years have been really tough since my husband broke his hip while at work 21/2 yrs ago! approved his 2nd surgery! He is recovering, but it is going to be a long hard road! Our marriage has taken quite hard hit but we are trying hard to work on keeping the love alive. My philosophy is as we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin!
