Christine's Story
Life
I live in Florence, SC, having moved here in 1999 when my husband was transferred. Prior to that, I lived in Florida for over 30 years. I have 6 children, three boys and three girls. Five of them are grown, then we have a son, Gabe, who was born in November of '99 and who keeps us very busy. Our three daughters are married and livein South Carolina; our oldest daughter and her family crrently live in Charleston, our middle daughter is here in Florence and our youngest daughter lives in Columbia, about an hour away. grandchildren and 3 step-grands. I am a substitute teacher for Florence School District 1 and I have an internet business, Christine's Creations, selling little girls clothes and costumes which I design. In my spare time, I like to garden, knit, crochet and read.
A couple years ago, I found out that Mrs. Beccue (for those of you who remember her) is living in Columbia, so I try to go over and visit with her whenever I can. She is in her 80's now and her health is failing, but still just as lively as I remember her from school days.
