CHRISTINE's Story

I was a shy young girl at Wakefield Memorial High School yet I was active in chorus and Thespians. My dog, Annie, was in the school play,"The Miracle Worker", my freshman year. Senior year she again performed and was in our senior production, "Somethings Gotta Go". I did not have a lot of "close" friends but those that I was close to are still friends and I keep in contact with them. I am not "shy" anymore and am very outgoing and involved in a number of things. I am currently living in Standish ME, married and have one grown daughter. I attended Franklin Pierce College then transferred to Lesley College (now a University) graduating with a BS in Elementary Education. I went into the Army after college and met my husband. We divorced after my daughter Jennifer was born. I went to work for an insurance company (Unum) in Maine for 26 years after my divorce. I met my current husband in 1998. We married a year later. now back in Maine after moving around for many years as Airin is a Unity minister. Currently, I work part-time for Unity of Greater Portland as their Administrative Assistant. For extracurricular activity I sing in a community chorus and perform at Schoolhouse Theater Arts Center. I also love to read, knit and craft. I believe spirituality is an important aspect of one's life and daily meditate and serve others in many ways through my spiritual community center, Unity of Greater Portland. A couple of my favorite quotes are: "It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are." -- E.E. Cummings "Since in order to speak, one must first listen, learn to speak by listening." Rumi I am on Facebook and have connected with a number of old friends from Wakefield. I hope if you are reading this and remember me that you will friend me on Facebook. Don't forget to tell me who you are so I can accept your "friend request".

Who is that masked man? That's Airin with a face mask that I just made for him. Not as easy to make without elastic. I made ties and then adjusted so he could loop over his ears instead of tying.

Very interesting analysis. I would say it is pretty accurate.
It wouldn't be Mother's Day without honoring my incredible mother. You were the best! Love you!
Thought this was interesting.

So my daughter, Jennifer, is embracing her curls. Her hair is longer than mine and I love how it looks. I would love to have mine do what hers is doing. As a seenager (senior teenager) I am trying to keep a younger look des

Just saw this last week. Powerful Memorial and Museum for 9/11. The stories are very touching. I hold all in prayer today.
Propane leak. Class evacuated and Fire Department and Dead River checking it out. Boy, did it stink in there!
Can you find me? If I didn't know where I was sitting I would have passed right over me. Blew me away.
