Christopher's Story
Life
Well, never made the Yankees, so I resigned myself to a career in computers as a programmer analyst. I am working for IBM now as a project manager and before that was with Prodigy Services in White Plains for 10 years.
Bios are boring, but suffice it to say I am married and have 2 wonderful kids - a son (20), and a daughter (15). Had a foster daughter for 4 years but when she turned 13 things went down hill and she is no longer with us.
I Live in CT about 30 mins north of Stamford. Still throw the hardball (not softball!!) around on some weekends at Disbrow in Rye. We lost my second baseman (Demps) a few years ago. I sure hope he is in a better place now. Rye will always be home, but I prefer Caraccio's Drug Store, ...Expand for more
Lepler Brothers Toy Store, and Woolworth's to Starbucks and fancy restaurants in former banks.
Feel free to give me a shout if the spirit moves you.
Oh yeah...I need a yearbook. Anyone have one they want to get rid of/sell???
School
Biggest crush - Eleanor McGowan and Claudia Cardinale (1974)
Teacher inspired me the most - Lou Drago (I was a jock, what can I say?)
Most fun teacher - Joe Litowitz (Battlestations!)
Do it all again? For sure, but without the family drama (for those who know...)
Workplace
Rye Country Boarding Kennels
Nationwide Insurance
Various Market Research Firms
Harris Publishing (worst job I ever had - kennels were better!)
Prodigy Services (best job I ever had)
IBM (will I make it to retirement??)
