For those who caught up with me at the 20th class reunion you may recall that I was living in New Zealand. Well, still there. I love it down here. For a country that the Wall Street Journal blamed for the hole in the ozone due to the billions of gallons of methane produced by the 75 million sheep, this country definitely DOES NOT STINK. It's a great place to live and to raise a family. Having said all that, Cheyenne was always good to me too. I often think of high school days and, when I can remember anything, I remember some really good times. The education was pretty good too. I've done some university level teaching and find that the standard of learning seems to have dropped below that which we had in 72. Yay CHS 72. Anyway, after CHS I partied my way through U.W. Got a degree in party and minored in skiing and music. After U.S. I carried on losing more brain cells in Cheyenne for a number of years. One day in Cheyenne I woke up somewhere??? and thought WTF am I doing. Got help and moved on to next chapter of life. Chapter 2 - U.W. wasn't a complete waste of time as my U.W. credits and some funky test I had to take were enough to gain me a place in a graduate program at Colorado State. I studied Information Systems (that was what they called it at the time) and did some grad teaching. After graduation I did some contract teaching at the University of Auckland in New Zealand and then diverted into private enterprise working for the likes of Oracle Corporation. Finally, here I am with my own business. It's all been great fun and life has been good. I have a great family - my wife, Sheila, and two teenagers, Ryan and Madyson. I can't understand my daughter as her accent is so Kiwi. My son often has to translate. We live on a small block in the country and breed white cows with black ears.
