Chuck's Story
Here's my story, Met the love of my life in 1967, Kathy Lucas of Solon, married in 1970, Still together, THANK GOD. We are blessed with 2 beautiful children, Amy, now 38, and Chuck, now 31. Both are happily married and on their own. Have a great job, as a warehouse manager, in Bedford, Oh. We live in Stow Oh, in a condo and it is a beautiful place.
I have had several jobs over the years. Harshaw Chemical, supervisor, 18 years. Then went back and finished getting my Business degree from Akron U. d worked there for 11 years before they downsized me out in 2010. A friend hooked me up with Chemsafe, a chemical company in Bedford, and that is where I hope to retire from. I have loved every job I have had and have been blessed with great family and friends.
We have had our bumps in the roads over the years, but we have weathered them all so far. As the song says" Life has been good to me, so far."
I think of my high school days more often now, and the great friends and times we had. It saddens me that I have lost touch with so many, but that is how life works, there is only so much time to go around. I wish everyone God's Blessings and happiness.
