Cindi's Story
Here's a bit of an update on me. I now go by Cynthia Shifrin, although many who knew me when I was younger still call me Cindi, which I love. Shortly after I graduated Central Washington State with a BA in Art Education, I moved to San Francisco for a couple years and then Los Angeles for 15 more. At age 31, I went to graduate school for advanced degrees in clinical psychology. After moving back to Seattle as I turned 40, I met my first husband and got married a year later. was a sophomore at Franklin and he was a senior at Garfield. We apparently had to get ready for each other because it took us 43 years before becoming a couple! We live in Seattle and have a blended family of 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren. My career as a psychotherapist has evolved over the years to where my practice is now spiritual healing through energy clearing and reprogramming. I feel very blessed to be this passionate about my work (especially at this age!), and am honored to serve others on their journey of personal and spiritual growth.
