Life as I'm living it right now... I'm still living in Rocklin, which isn't my ultimate destination but it works for now. I'm dealing with an injured back and right hip and had to take sometime off from my own workouts and it's driving me crazy. I just returned to my own fitness so I can continue to work with many clients to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. It's still my life's work as well as specializing in balancing hormone levels through fitness and nutritional counseling. I try to focus on what makes people happy with themselves from the inside rather than only how they look on the outside. My dog, Athena is as close to having a child as I have gotten. She's 16 and I'm hoping I'll have her for sometime longer. I have a wonderful gentleman that I do a lot of traveling with and we spend a great deal of time doing sports.
