Cindy's Story

Life Updated Still living on that little peace of heaven and trying hard to hang onto it, I'm no longer married (thankfully) and my daughter is now 16+ years old and an absolutely delightful person to know and be around, a very strong person. I did finish my degree, I now have a BofA in Visual Communications (emphasis in Digital Design). And I am growing my own little business, I make all natural Bath and Body products like Goat Milk Soaps, Lip Balms, Body Butters, Bath Salts, etc., you can find my shop on Facebook, just do a search for Daisy Fed LLC. I am also wholeselling to a couple of vendors and I sell at one of the local Farmers Markets, hoping to get into another one very soon. All in all, I love the life I am living and enjoy every day. I hope whoever is reading this is happy and healthy. Life Currently living in a little community called Beavercreek. I call it my little piece of heaven on earth. Five and a third acres, pond, year round creek, peaceful, surrounded by forest, just beautiful. I have been married for 11+ years and have one daughter, who just turned 11. I have gone back to school to get my Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications with an emphasis in Digital Design (who knew I was artistic, not me). About a year after highschool, I joined the Navy and served 7.5 years. I liked the traveling and living in other countries. While in the mil...Expand for more
itary I traveled to Virginia, Florida, Texas, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, England and Turkey (lived in Virginia, Texas, Spain and Turkey). I would love to go back to Europe and visit again someday. After getting out of the Navy in Florida, I moved to California and lived there for about 7.5 years (do we see a trend, I sure hope not) and then moved on up to Oregon. Met my husband here, got married, had my daughter and have been here ever since. Would love to hear from anyone and if you are still in Norton, I would love to hear about it. I was there in 2003 to lay my dad to rest next to my mom, but we were only there for about a week and it wasn't the time to go sight seeing. To update, since the last entry, I have graduated from college and attained a Bachelor of Art in Visual Communications with a concentration in Digital Design; we have added two Nubian goats and a guard llama to our family. We will be breeding the goats this month so should have a couple of kids around May of next year. July 2008: We now have 6 Nubian goats, my doe had quadruplets, 3 girls, one boy. We will be selling the boy soon. We also now have 23 chickens and sell the eggs and I have been making goat milk soap and selling it. Just got my business license and registered the business name, will be finishing up with all the business paperwork requirements soon and then I will be official.
