Cindy's Story

I was not in the "in" crowd but I remember having a group of friends who were all a little different. I sang in the choir, but didn't solo. Acted in a plays, most memorabe to me I played a older woman and had to spray my hair gray - play was fun and a bit of success. I wrote poetry and painted was a bit of flower child. I lost touch with most all my classmates, my life just took lots of turns and twists after my family moved to California at the end of my senior year. I am back in New England, I live in Arlington, MA and work at Tufts University. I see names of people who I remember and who wrote memborable things in my year book. ect 38 years later .. but I am not sure you can't either. About 2 years ago, another Nashoba friend and I met accidently on facebook and it has been a wonderful rekindling of our original friendship, but enriched by the lives we've lead. Though I was married I ended up as a single mom, and my children are now getting out there on their own. My son is in the Navy and my daughter is a psycho-therapist for austic children babies to 3 years old. I think for me they are my proudest accomplishment. I never got any notices about renunions, probably because I wasn't exactly connected but would really enjoy connecting with those friends I had to see where life has taken them.
