Cindy's Story
I was Cindy Porter in high school. Was in band, played the clarinet. My parents moved when I was a sophmore, went to Arizona for my Junior year, then Cal. for my senior year. Hated leaving New Haven. Consider this my high school. Hope to find my lost friends here. I married in 1966, have one child, and three grandchildren. I belong to the Mormon church, love genealogy, animals and music. th gone, but my mom is still living and she is 89yrs old. She is now living with my husband and I.
I have three grandchildren.
I am a professional genealogist, and work with the SPCA for animal rescue.
Life in general has been good, sad times, good times, and times I don't care to remember. Everyone here says all the good stuff, while our lives actually were not as good as it seems at times. Getting old is not fun, wish I was young again and know what I know now. ha, don't we all.
