July, 2008 So, it's been a LONG time since high school! It felt like forever when we were in school and, now, 20+ years later, it feels like it was just a few years ago. If you're reading this, "Hello!" Nice of you to stop by... and hopefully I can catch you up in a few minutes. Let's see.... I am married, to Tim Strong, and he's a riot. The funniest thing about Tim is that he's shy. Normally, being shy isn't a funny thing, but people who don't know him think he's QUIET!! He is not quiet (in fact, he can be kinda loud)! Personally, I'm really fond of him. He's fabulous... smart, funny, with a quick wit, and he's a nice, kind man. He's a wonderful husband and also my dear friend. XOXO We have a son, Blade, who is going to be a Senior this year at Folsom High School. He's an awesome kid, with a bright future. Of course, he may choose not to maximize his potential. If that's the case, he'll definitely have a great time and ENJOY his life. On the plus side, I'll probably get to see him more often for dinner. :) Now that he's old enough to live his life, it's scary. You share your experiences and try to guide/lead them through their big decisions... but who am I kidding? I remember the days... I didn't heed the advice of my parents (really, what did they know?.... turns out, maybe a little more than I gave them credit for) and went right on about my business. But, you know... I have to say that I think things turned out just fine. It might not have been the straightest path, but it's been an interesting road filled with love, friendship, travels & fun. I work for Target Stores, in a field office (equivalent to a Corporate location). It's a great job, and I share my days with some pretty incre...Expand for more
