Cindy's Story
I was very quiet in school. Not very sure of myself.
I married 10 months after graduation to the one that I dated through most of high school. A year later we had a son. Then 18 months later we had a daughter. I stayed home to raise them. Then in 1973 we moved to upstate NY. To a very small town with 1 school and not even a flashing yellow light. Our third child was born there. It was very good for me. I learned to be myself, love the Lord, my marriage, my children and my life. We later moved to Maryland. Then after 3 years came back to upstate NY for 1 year. Then moved to the Orlando Florida area. Loved it. In 1992 my husband died at the age of 44. We had been together since I was 13. We even worked together at the same place for a very long time. This was another growing experience. moving industry and always worked with my husband (who was always the boss). I changed jobs and branched out on my own merits. At the new company I met my new husband. He was from Minnesota, soooo, I moved to Minnesota and we married in 1995. Since then we've been back and forth from MN to Fl. He is a van operator and I have been on the road at different times in the tractor trailer working very hard moving families from coast to coast. So I have been blessed to see most of the United States.
I love the Lord with all my heart. I am an intercessory prayer person. I don't come off as pushy with anyone that I meet. God is not pushy. The people I graduated with have been on my heart a lot and I would like to touch base with some of them again.
I have 6 grandchildren from age 19 to 2 years old and number 7 is on the way!!!!
