Life Hello, all my old friends! I miss you and think of you all often! Like most, there's much to tell. Went through a "wild stage" in late high school and shortly after. Grew up after realizing "wild" was not where it was at. I attended Apollo College and Grand Canyon University, where I maintained a grade point of 3.74. Family situation put that on hold, but would love to return. Have worked mostly in medical clerical. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2001, and am not working outside the home right now. Two years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, ovarian cysts, and arthritis. So, 'though I am almost always in pain I find tremendous joy in life and try not to let the pain and fatigue hinder me too much. I am working with some friends on putting together a "compassion" trip to an orphanage in Tuscon, and am looking for more volunteer opportunities (kinda hard, given my health, but my heart needs this!). I married my best friend, the "boy next door", except he was a man not a boy...I could not have done better. I have one daughter of my own and four stepchildren. I have two young grand daughters, Bliss and Melody, who are the lights of my life. My husband and I live in a very rural desert area on 3.25 acres with a cat, the neighbor's dog who lives here, and two horses. Since owning horses, I've been bucked but not thrown, bucked and thrown sky high, been knocked over by a startled horse and nearly knocked unconscious, and had my horse fall on me. None of it felt good. But, I get right back on as soon as possible. I study various religions, though I am a devout Christian myself. I have studied Wicca, New Age beliefs, and Judaism. I am currently studying Buddhism. I've read the Baghadvita. I read on-line political news. I thirst for knowledge, but also take time...Expand for more
