Cindy's Story
After high school, I attended Pima Community College and got a degree. In October, 1978, I married the love of my life, Greg McBride (class 1972) and we transferred to Los Angeles for nine months. We returned to Tucson and never left again. I worked for IBM for 23 years from 1979-2002. I loved my work, but health problems forced me to retire early and now I am happily retired in Vail, Az. and enjoying visits from our oonly child, Brendon McBride (class of 2002) and his beautiful wife Ashley (Sabino class 2003) and my two gorgeous grandchildren! theon) and now IBM where he has had a very successful career. He could retire but he loves his work! We have three black labs who are now my babies and are the most spoiled dogs I know! Everyone says they want to come back in their next life as one of my dogs! I attended the ten year Sahuaro reunion, but none since then. I have kept up with a couple of Sahuaro friends and love to see how everyone is doing nowadays! Please feel free to look at my profile and contact me if you like! It has been great attending their games, activities and graduations!
