Cindy's Story
Life
I moved to the great town of Nashville, Tennessee in 2004 after spending a few years in the Lexington, Kentucky area. Thanks to an offer from the company I was working with at the time, I picked up everything and started a new chapter in my life. Since then, there have been a few big changes. I have lost one of my best friends to cancer and have become more conscious of how short life can be. I have also changed my career and have become a consultant with a healthcare software company. I travel quite a bit and have been able to meet many fun and interesting people. In the position, I help implement the software application for our company and also have a hand in Project Management. This is a large change as I love to be able to fly by the seat of my pants in most areas of my life, so being tied to a calendar is a new and hard concept for me to grasp. I am getting better, but it's a struggle.

rried. Since both of us have been through a marriage that didn't go as well as we had hoped, we have decided that "perpetual dating" is the best way for us. He is a great person and I am so happy I have met him.
Other than that, I have no children, but I do have a cat - who can be worse than a 2 year old. JayDee is 7 years old and is more demanding than any other cat I have met. I'm sure it has NOTHING to do with the fact that I have spoiled him beyond what's right. I love him anyway and he is a great housemate.
I am finally at a point in my life where I may be growing up. I have been contemplating the purchase of a house in about a year and have started reviewing prices and availability in the Nashville area. At one time I had thought about staying in Nashville for only a couple of years and then finding a new place to call home, but after the few years I have spent in the area, I have grown to love it. I miss some things about Kentucky such as the rolling landscape and the horse farms, but Nasvhille is so beautiful, too, and there are so many things to do, I think I will stay.
