Claudia's Story
Claudia is from Lakewood, New Jersey. She is married. Her schools include Jackson Memorial High School. She later attended St. Francis Medical Center (EMS/FF, Nursing), Swedish Hospital Paramedic Program (Paramedic School). She works(ed) at Emergency medical technician, Front Range Community College.
Claudia's interests include Medical Background, Travel, Fire fighting. Music she likes includes Oldies, Jazz. I live in the Bar K Ranch above Boulder-Jamestown with my husband Jack our 3 dogs,2 Goats,1 llama.
My son Erik and his wife Kimberly and thier 3 children live in FT. Collins CO. My daughter Deanna lives in Easton MD on the beautiful Eastern Shore of MD with her husband Bunk( now that's a great eastern shore name ! Love the shore- Boating,crabbing,goose hunting,eating !
I am a volunteer FF/ paramedic for Lefthand FPD for the past 18 years and I am the medical officer for them.
I am also a member of Fairmount FPD in Golden.
For the most part I am a stay at home person. But in the summer I go out as a Medical Unit Leader on large incidents for a Type 2 IMT. This opportunity has allowed me to travel to 13 states on mostly fires and one hurricane.
Have belonged to a unique book club MOLS- Mountain Old Ladies Literary Society for a number of years.".
