Claudia's Story
Remember? I was one of the "wild childs" at the East Campus. A former Woods Hood. Then the love of my life came along in the summer of my Soph year. I watched my classmates march at the graduation ceremony from the highest bleacher. I cried through the entire ceremony. I just missed high school days. I was already married with a baby! Anyway...we stayed married 37 years...two grown children with 6 grandchildren. Unfortunately, Mike was killed in a Harley accident 5 years ago so I am a widow! GAWD! I hate that word! Anyway, looking forward to seeing all of you up close and personal at the reunion.

I share my home with 9 cats and 2 large dogs, which I find very comforting since my husband died. My 89 year old Mom lived on my property in a beautiful apartment but unfortunately, she passed away on 9/9/11. She was an amazing woman. I should only be so lucky to live that long. She never drank, smoked, or did drugs...guess who did?
I always wanted to be a social worker when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right.
