Clay's Story
Life
OK, my bio for those who are interested.....
Well right after graduation I went into the Air Force. I was stationed in England for two years and up state New York for two years as an avionics technician. When I got out I moved back to Colorado Sprigs and worked at Digital Equipment for a little over a year. I got tired of that and moved to Durango and began working with Native American Teenagers who were in trouble with the law. This was a great job; they moved me to Santa Fe New Mexico then to Tucson Arizona. Unfortunately without an education I couldn't move up the ladder so I moved back to the Springs and got a BA in Sociology. Well the school thing went really well (from a kid that got D's and C's) and I got a scholarship to the University of Denver where I got my Masters in Social Work. I worked for El Paso County in Child Protection and Adolescent Intervention...Expand for more
for about two years then went to work for school district #8 as a School Social Worker. Well I got a hankering to make more money, so I moved to Denver for about 3 years, got some supervisory positions and then totally burnt out on Social Work.
I bounced around for a while and finally landed a job with General Electric as an IT Healthcare Consultant. Not a bad job, when I am not traveling from one end of the country to the other I work from my boat at Pueblo Res. I have 40 acres just outside the Springs and I built a house made out of straw bales and that runs off of solar panels. I take off on my BMW Motorcycle on weekends that are nice and I love traveling. I never got married, although I came close once, and I don't have any kids. Still foot loose and fancy free.
Well that's it in a nutshell. Sorry if you got all the way to the end and said damn, that's boring.
