Clay's Story
I went to the UW after high school and got a BS in Oceanography, and worked in that areas for over 15 years. It was a great career and I got to go to lots of interesting places, but the travel was hard on my family and layoffs were all to common. ppen again. The past 7 years were rocky for a while. I just started a new job managing a web department.
I am still involved in Boy Scouts and have held a number of positions as an adult volunteer over the past 25 years. 2 years ago I received the Silver Beaver award for my service. Being a scouting volunteer has really consumed my non work time for the past few years.
I have been married for 17 years and we have 2 boys.
