I went back to Germany with my middle brother, Chuck (Bosse HS, '62) and his daughter six months before the Wall came down in 1989 and again with my Mother and brother, Chuck 1992(?). I drove past the house where I rented a room...Expand for more
in Mainz during my 27 months in Germany. I located the Kaserne. It appeared to be reduced in area and some of the taller Barracks buildings were gone.
