Colleen Mcleod:  

Colleen joined Mcleod Realty, REMAX 10 years ago, and brings a wide range of careers, skills and experience to the company. Originally born in Winnipeg, Colleen moved to Edmonton. As a R.N Colleen worked at both the Misericordia and University of Alberta Hospitals. Subsequently, she took some "time off" to raise a family of three great children. During this period, she was also an active volunteer, serving on the boards of numerous charitable, civic, and educational institutions in her community. In addition, she was a member of the Optimist Club, a founding member of the St. Albert-Parkland Rotary Club, and also a founding member of the board of directors for Caveat Alberta. These years of service resulted in Colleen being one of the nominees as Citizen of the Year for the City of St. Albert. Returning to her career, she served numerous clients and organizations as an advocate for health care access, understanding and support. As a result of her health care activities, she was asked to sit on the board of directors of numerous public health care committees and organizations.
