Colleen's Story
Life
I am happy to live in the Bay Area again. My passion for neuroscience continues to grow in my career. The plethora of yoga centers, farmer's markets, bicycle-friendly roads, and alternative care in my area make a healthy lifestyle a bit easier to maintain. The sunshine is always enjoyable, as are the clear-skied nights. I've learned so much since I've moved back into a culturally diverse area. I'm taking Spanish in addition to working on my dissertation.

The teachers I miss the most are Steve Suplin and Fred Matteuci. I was so sad when I heard about Mr. Matteuci's passing. I knew his wife when I lived up in Seattle, and she has always been a very wise, kind, and compassionate person. John Cash was focused, yet humorous. Greg Boehme was the best music teacher I've ever had. What I liked most were my friends Shawn, Julie, Nicole, Barbara, Tammy, Vicky, Gabi, Pam, and others, and the variety of elective courses.
