Coni's Story
I went into nursing school right out of college.
I Have worked in the medical field as a Medical Aide and Lab Tech for years at Good Samaritian Hospital in Portland.
After more training,I have moved to Sacramento 7 years ago, where I am doing In Home Health Care with Hospice. I love what I do. I work closely with those who have made the decision to stay at home while the end of their life is drawing near. I enjoy the one on on...Expand for more
e work. There is a certain peacefull feeling that comes with what I do. The work can be hard, and it can be heart breaking, but the gradification is huge.
It is so awesome to wake up every morning when the sun is shinning. In Portland, it's big news when it sunshines. In Sacramento, it's big news when it rains. I'm not beating up on the Portland weather....Portland is my home and it will always have a place in my heart.
