Connie's Story
At 18, I ran away from home and joined the Navy, Hopsital Corp, where I spent time at the Great Lakes Naval Hopital in Waukeegan, IL, and the Orlando, FL, Hopsital. After the Navy, I attended Fresno City College and graduated from San Jose State U. with a degree in psychology and a master's in cybernetic systems. a direct marketing firm. After 2.5 years, I left for a job at the U of Texas at El Paso and a year later moved to Milwaukee, WI, where I retired from Marquette Univeristy as an Associate Professor of Marketing in May, 2012. From spring through fall, I ride a Can-Am Spyder around the southern part of WI with Women in the Wind. My favorite book is Dragonriders of Pern (the trilogy) and favorite musician is Medwyn Goodall (new age),
