I guess it's time I write my Bio for all my friends! Sorry for the delay! lol! Born in San Tome, Venezuela in 1954. 2 older Sisters (Sandy and Beverly) , 1 old Brother - Mike (deceased) and 1 younger brother - David. 3- 1/2 Sisters (Venezuelan) Sabrina, Alicia and Milagro (deceased at 4) and 1 - 1/2 brother - Raul. Moved to the US to Lakeland with my mothter (Father stayed in Venezuela) when I was 4. Third grade in Venezuela. Then went to Princeton Elementary, Robert E. Lee JunionrHigh (Hate calling it "Middle School"! Like a "Middle child" - which I was! High School at Edgewater High School. Best friends, Ann Mulcahy West, Sallie Royce Pins, Marsha Voska, Cathy Stockwell, Gail Kamn (X), and Becky Cobb (X). High School boyfriends Jay (Art) Wright and Tom Cooper. Grew up in an unhappy home with a wicked and abusive Step-father. I leaned heavily on happiness from my friends. And so grateful to them. I learned a lot about love from my boyfriends who impacted my life greatly since I was void of that love at home and suffered from abandonment issues with my father. (Thank God for Therapy to help me through that part of my life!) . Followed my highschool Sweetheart - Tom to college in NC. Met another Besty, Cathy Bergerson who helped me in so many ways! Married a guy from Afghanistan (What was I thinking!! lol!) Divorced a year and a half later. Back to Orlando in 1973. Worked for WDBO-TV, then Florida Software Services. Met another Besty - Susan Karns (A heart of gold) Met my husband, Ken Luna, married in 1977. We had four wonderful children - Justin, April, Drew and Gavin - our surprise caboose! What a God-send! Retired at 55, I am now a Disney Personal Shopper for a group of special people including some celebrities whom I helped put together Disney Silent Auction baskets and of course purchase Disney items...Expand for more
