Connie's Story

Life I left michigan in 1981 looking for a better life in florida. I met my husband there, we now have 6 grandchildren, 3 great grankids and another due shortly..gosh..we're GREAT grandparents??? Where did the years go? We left Florida after 22 years and moved to the great state of Texas...for a 20 acre small ranch with horses, cows, pig, chicken...Expand for more
s...and a 15 year old grandson we've had for 15 years. I lost the light of my life, my son Jason, who was diagnosed at the age of 19 (while in the navy) with ALS or Lou Gehrigs Disease. Jason went to be with God on Christmas Morning 1998. My husband and I are celebrating our 26th (2nd for both) anniversary this year and we love the retired life!!
