Connie Collins:  

Went to Woodmere Elementary school on SE Duke Street, then attended Franklin HS Sep 1970-Jun 1972, moved to "Happy Valley", transferred to and graduated from Clackamas HS in 1973. Married a Franklin Class of 72 Alum in Feb 1974 (11 years). Widowed 2019 I'm very happily married (27 years). Hubby is also a Franklin Alum ('67). He retired a few years back after 34 years at Tri-Met. Now he takes very good care of home and hearth (and our animals) while I continue in my career. Besides babysitting, my first "real" job was at Valu Mart (82nd & King Rd), where I was paid $1.60hr as a retail cashier and inventory clerk. What I remember most about it is my supervisor's name "Mr Magadance" (Don't know why I remember his name after all these years).
