Connie's Story
Life
After graduating from Anderson, I attended the University of North Texas in Denton and graduated in December 1980 with a degree in Business Administration. I worked in leadership and management for over 25 years and retired from the Health and Human Services Commission in 2011. I am currently the CEO-Founder of Organization Advisors, Inc., a Leadership Development Coaching and Training Organization.
I have been married to Alvin Williams for 35 years and we have three sons; Der...Expand for more
ick, Quincy (he went to heaven in 2015 at age 31), and Adrian. I live in Austin.
In my spare time, I volunteer. I am past President of Executive Women in Texas Government and a graduate of the Leadership Texas Class of 2006.
I enjoy cooking soul food, reading, and my spiritual faith in Jesus Christ. I also enjoy helping people develop winning strategies either in Business or Politics, I developed winning campaign strategies for a local candidate and they achieved 75% of the vote.
