Connie King Curtis:  

I went to Brigham Young University from 1975-76. Then I worked full time on campus and at Century 21 until I auditoned for a rock band. I became the lead singer/keyboard player for Rock Candy, and I met and married the guitar player, Greg Curtis. We have four children, all of them musicians. Greg and I write songs and record them in our home studio. We formed a duo after the band broke up, called Charade. We played in that for a few years until I quit to be a full time mom to our kids. My husband works for Yamaha as a product rep. We've lived in Utah; Los Angeles; Vista, CA; Canonsburg, PA; and now in Upper Sandusky, OH. We have a huge old Victorian Italianate that we've spent eleven years renovating. Our first two daughters are grown and living in Utah; the eldest is married. ...Expand for more
