Constance's Story
Thanks to the economic downturn of 2009, I am on the road and currently unemployed. I am using this opportunity to get to know the country and lay of the land. I am back in California, hopefully for just a short time..trying desperately to GET OUT of California, money goes a lot further in other parts of the country.
Wandering like a gypsy, cooking and consulting where I can. Making the best of a bad situation.

to cancer (David Engen), now married again to a very patient and kind man, Steven Bearden. We like to go on road trips and are awaiting our newest adventure, whatever and where-ever it may take us.
No children, just our "fur kids" Jake and Lilly. I got what I wanted, a raven haired girl and a ginger boy...granted they are cats, but whatever. Easier to move and less expensive.
I live to do things that make people happy! and what better way than to do it through their stomachs!
