Constance's Story
Life
I actually didn't graduate from Hastings with my class in 1988. I left Houston in 1986, moved to New York City and passed the GED exam. I became a legal secretary and finally after 13 years went back to school. In 2004 I earned a B.S. in Business with majors in finance and accounting from Marymount Manhattan College. I'm currently in school (2006) working on another major, English, as an alumna to fill in some educational gaps. The plan is to begin taking the CPA exam this summer and the GMAT in December to get into graduate school to earn an MBA. ng, singing, dancing, gymnastics, etc. Life has been really challenging, but it's pretty good.
I also went to Olle Middle School (`82-`84). I remember hanging out with two sisters Tanya and Rhonda when I lived in Stafford then we moved to Alief. I lived in Thymewood apartments back in `82. I remember Mark Gonzalez, Lisa Nunez, Randy Hernandez, Schoen Flax from Olle MS. I also remember from Hastings Lequita Conners, and Ronnie. Paco and Michael Woods who went to Elsik. It's been a long time.
It would be nice to speak to some people I haven't talked to in over 20 years. I hope everyone is doing well and living the life they have always dreamed.
