Constance's Story
Life
Directly after high school I started working as a bookkeeper for Kmart automotive where I remained for 3 years. I met my husband at a GMI dance and we were married 2 years later. We went to Spain for a year and 8 months where my husband served out his time in the Navy. My oldest son was born over there. (some honeymoon!!) After raising my 3 sons as a stay at home mom I tried to find myself and jumped from one job to another and finally found my niche as a Nanny. I love working with children and for one of my jobs I was a preschool teacher. That was too many children , I like to work with children on a more personal level. Workplace
I was a stay at home mom for all the years that my 3 boys were young. It's a decision that I do not regret, and am thankful that my husband and I could afford to do so. We have now been married for 41 years and have 3 great grown boys and 4 wonderful grandchildren. We moved back to Florida after living for 6 years in Virginia. It's great being close to all of our children and grandchildren again. When my husband retires we hope to travel the country for about 6 months out of the year. It's a dream to see all of the country's national parks.
