Corrina's Story
Life
I left Norwood early and did not have the opportunity to graduate with my graduating class of "88". From Kindergarten to High School I watched every student from Havelock Public grow along beside me. You all know who you are. So, with that in mind I will take this opportunity to say "Good Luck with the Future" it was a shame that I was never able to say that then.
Leaving Norwood and continuing my education at Thomas A. Stewart was indeed the best school move I could have made at the time. I had a more clear perspective on what I wanted to achieve and what I could achieve. Norwood was good for some, great for others but just not ideal for me.

College
College was something I never dreamed of doing as a high school graduate. 10 years after working in customer service and seeing myself in a small town, going nowhere I just one day decided that I would have to grab an opportunity as such in order to raise my children. So I jumped, leaped and bound for the direction to achieve some college education. Success is not that important when it comes to job or career but College was the one thing I did in my life that was pure satisfaction. It opened my mind to bigger better things in life I came out on top and proud to be here. Currently working as an educational assistant in the local daycare as brought many wonderful opportunities for me.

I am currently employed as an educational assistant locally.
