While I would love to head a startup or with the proper funding run a division of a company, the lack of capital funding dictates that I seek a Manager's or Director's role in Data Processing and/or Information Technology with an existing company. Of my 20+ years of experience over 10 of it was in a Manager, Lead or Supervisor level role.

No it is not just about the money and obvious financial rewards that building businesses, growing investments and having real estate holdings will afford me, but the ability to control my time and help others realize their dreams!
I know all too well that when you do something you love success will follow. I love managing people, developing them and helping them realize their dreams!
I also plan to give my descendents opportunities that I did not have! And believe me I am NOT complaining I feel very fortunate for the family that I have!
