Craig's Story
Life
After graduation, I went to Texas A&M for two years. Due to a lack of funds, I came home in 1985. I began working as a research technician in neuroscience. After a year hiatus from school, I started attending night school at San Jacinto College and the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
In 1987 I went to work as a research assistant at the University of Texas Neurophysiology Research Center in Houston and performed brain experiments on children with ADD and AD/HD.
In 1989, I married Caridad Del Campo (Pasadena High SchoolÂs class of Â84) and went to work at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. There I performed neurophysiological testing on eye clinic patients, cancer patients, premature infants, and monkeys. I also taught resident physicians and helped staff doctors in preparing journal articles.

Biology degree at the University of Houston at Clear Lake (better late than never) and our second child was born.
In 1995, I left the University of Texas at Houston and started doing independent contract work for various ophthalmology, neurology and pulmonology clinics in Houston and Galveston.
In 1998, our third child was born.
In 1999, I became Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring and worked as a Regional Sales Manager (Southern USA) for a company that manufactures neurophysiology equipment, but I left this job because I had to travel a lot and was away from the family too much.
In 2000, I became the Clinical Director for a private surgical and sleep monitoring company. We monitor bio-electric responses in the operating room while people are having surgery on their backs, necks and brains. We also provide staffing, testing and data analysis for sleep disorder labs.
