Janet's Story
Hi Everyone,
After graduation I went to Nurses training in Minneapolis and married the guy who took me to the Sr. prom. Some of you may remember Wayne. We are still married and have lived all over the US and a short time in Germany. He retired from the Air Force and I retired from nursing and now we travel some but most often stay right here in DE. primarily because the motor home is in the shop a good deal of the time. When it's not we love to roam. Two of our kids live here in DE. one in Alexandria VA and one in Colorado. We have 5 grandchildren 3 boys and two...Expand for more
girls and another boy due next month. We keep busy with our work in the church and we love to dine out with friends but I also like to entertain at home. Because of Wayne's position in the AF I entertained a lot not so much now but I can still cook up a fairly decent meal. Well that's been my life for the most part. I loved nursing and would still be doing it if my back would allow it but unfortunately I've herniated several vertebrae and can't handle the work any longer. I am looking forward to the reunion and I hope that there is a large turn-out. See you then.
