Life
Let's see..First of all, I married my high school sweetheart Steven White in Nov. 1986. I have 2 children, both girls. Ashley my oldest,born July 13,1988, will be graduating with the class of 2005.WOW! Hard to believe. Someday she will be doing the same thing, keeping up with high school mates. She is looking into a career in the medical field. My youngest Elizabeth, born December 26,1989, is in 10th grade.They both enjoy school sports, such as volleyball, soccer and now they both are cheerleaders. The school that they attend has a total of 140 students in it. A total of "8" Seniors. Can you imagine?? Both of them have been raised overseas. Basically, I married into the military. Steve has been in the USAF now for 21 years. We first started off at Travis AFB, CA, from there we went to...Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal...Norton AFB, CA...Anderson AFB, Guam...RAF Mildenhall, England...Back to Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal...RAAF Richmond, Australia (Sydney)...and finally we are now located at Incirlik AB, Turkey. So, needless to say, my life has been full of travels. Once we get both of our girls graduated, we will think about retirement, approx. 3 years or so.We are looking at either Georgia, or Oklahoma. Once we retire, Steve will seek employment in Civil Service at one of these bases. Since getting married, I have lived my life pretty much overseas. So, getting to reunions has not been possible. mentary School on base here as a Substitute Teacher. I have 3 pets. All dogs. I have 2 Miniture Schnauzers, one female and one male. The first one "Chloe", we purchased in Portugal and have had now for almost 6 years. The second, "Sydney", he is our souvounir from Australia. We have had him now for 4 years. We spent 3 years in Sydney and he happened to be the ideal souvounir. Last but not least, I have a male Black/White Pomeranian named "Oreo", who we also got down in Australia. They have become a great part of our lives.They defionately bring out the best in us. Especially since we have spent most of our lives away from family. I must say that our best assignment yet has defionately been Australia. Honestly, everyday felt like a dream. Right now, we are trying to make the best of it here in Turkey. We currently have a beach house on the Mediterranean Sea, which we stay at often. More so in the summer months. So, if any of you happen to come to Turkey, let me know, you are more than welcome. We are getting ready to take a trip to "Troy" during Spring Break. That should defionately be interesting. Before leaving here, we plan to take a trip to Egypt. So, living overseas does have it's advantages. Well guys, that about sums it up for me as far as what I have done since high school. I would love to hear from those of you who remember me.
