David's Story
In Sept of '71, joined the US Navy. Ended up doing a little over 20 years in "Uncle Sam's Canoe Club". Traveled around the world once on deployments. Have been in the South Pacific, over in the Med and in the Indian Ocean. Traveled thru the Panama Canal five times. Retired fron the navy in Dec '91. Lived in San Diego till Oct '94. Got tried of the high cost of...Expand for more
living and the taxes in Calif, so left and moved to the state of Tennessee. Live out in the country and enjoying the slow life. For a while there, I drove a "Big Truck". Now I'm one of the night cooks at rhe local hospital. Other than that, not much else happening with me. Did get married 23 years ago and still together. Had 3 girls, which kept me on my toes.
