Mona's Story
After school I worked for a forensic lab in Torrance it was great, But I needed adventure so, In 1980 I moved to Colorado and there I stayed. Got married to a great guy and had a lovely daughter. My husband and I ran a horse ranch for a number of years. (For those of you who remember I had a few horses down off of Del Amo Blvd.) I wrangled in the North Cascades, and taught horsemanship to schools in the Seattle area in the spring and then back to Colorado to the ranch for real work... :) for the rest of the year... y told me he was just too young to fully retire...lol We plan to move to Pennsylvania where life is much slower. For years we have been traveling to the eastern states to absorb the history of the Revolutionary and civil Wars, We will be much closer to where most if not all took place. and I can't wait !! Well that's about it for my adventure so far, and I imagine the rest will be as wonderful if not better .. Signing off until next time..
