Wow! What a difference 5 years makes! I beagan dating again and met and married (in Hawaii) a great guy. He's a few years younger than me and never had children. We ride Harleys, travel all over in our RV and have a beautiful house in Oceanside, Ca. He's lots of fun and good company. I've never been happier. Life is wonderful. P.S. I'm 50 lbs. lighter, too.
Hi Class of 69,
Since I signed on with classmates my husband of 31 years passed away overnight. He died June...Expand for more
21 of heart failure. Being single again for the first time since graduation is quite a shock. We have 5 children ranging in age from 32 to 14. I live by the beach in Carlsbad and have been here for 28 years. I'm older and wiser(wider) than I was when you knew me, and I would love to hear from you.
UPDATE: It's now Sept. 21 (3 months later)and I'm learning what life is like on the single side. Trying to be both parents for my children is hard but we seem to be doing okay. Any advice out there? WB
