Cynthia's Story
Life
married in 1983, divorced in 1992 and living happily ever after. i have a wonderful daughter who is enrolled at RIC and i am guardian to my 15 mth old nephew and hoping to adopt him. i am living and and now co-owner of the house i grew up in. i work in a medical clinic and in the cash office of a local arts and crafts store. i have an incredible group of friends to keep my life balanced.
all in all... i am rather happy!
College
i remember Kent State University was in turmoil when i was there. The second "tent city" was up on ...Expand for more
the hill and the protesters were everywhere. This time there was no war to protest. They were protesting the decision of the University to destroy the hill where the 4 students were shot and build a gym dedicated to them.
I also remember that "pot" was growing all over the campus! With all those police and security guards running around, you would think someone would have noticed! *giggles*
